EMPLOYEES PRIORITIZE BETTER HEALTH BENEFITS OVER HIGHER SALARY, SURVEY FINDS

Now more than ever, employees are starting to appreciate their benefits. In fact, a study done by Voya Financial found that nearly 3 out of 4 Americans would accept a job with ah slightly lower salary if it offered better health care and medical coverage, including lower premiums and lower out-of-pocket costs.

In addition, research has also shown that three-fourths of working Americans are interested in receiving support to maximize their workplace benefit dollars across their retirement savings, health savings accounts as well as voluntary benefits.

Solidarity Health Network, Inc. knows this. We have bene assisting employers with benefits since 1989 and boy have we seen changes.

For example, who in the world would’ve thought that telemedicine for health care and mental health would become of the most sought after benefits after Covid? Or that most employees surveyed would love and welcome insurance for their Pets?

Solidarity has several products to not only assist employers with benefits, but also brokers who want to ensure that they are offering their clients all of the benefits available out there.

The benefits arena continues to evolve, however, one thing has remained the same and that is the fact that employees appreciate and need these benefits to lead productive, healthy, and financially secure lives.
